Who You Are: 

In this role, you’ll uphold industry-standard testing practices across all phases of the software development lifecycle and act as a key bridge between internal stakeholders and customers—particularly in managing release processes. Working closely with our development, product, and customer service teams, you will ensure that only top-quality products and features reach our clients. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Designing and running test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on specific requirements

• Validating system changes to ensure readiness before each release

• Creating test scenarios that account for database operations, regression testing, negative cases, and usability checks

• Documenting software defects in a tracking system and communicating findings to developers and project managers

• Investigating program issues, analyzing root causes, and enabling swift resolutions

• Monitoring bug resolutions and confirming successful fixes before closure

• Taking part in design reviews to share feedback on requirements, risks, and schedules

• Reviewing software documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness

• Coordinating release plans to deliver updates on time and meet stakeholder expectations

What You Bring: 

• Proven experience is needed with both automated and manual testing methodologies, processes, and tools. TMS experience is required

• Ability to interpret SOAP, XML, and JSON objects

• Solid understanding of SQL queries MongoDB queries is a plus

• Practical experience using industry-standard software testing tools and release management processes. Postman experience is a plus

• Understanding of HTTP and client-server communication. Proven skills in testing websites, APIs, and RESTful services

• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Capable of handling shifting requirements and priorities with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional background
